Why is artisan Irish cider so out of step with the thriving Irish brewing and distilling industries and even global trends? Kristin Jensen, co-author of Sláinte: The Complete Guide to Irish Craft Beer and Cider, and panellists including some of Ireland’s best craft cider makers and cider advocates will talk about how to sustainably grow the artisan Irish cider industry to take advantage of its full potential, from orchards to excise duties.
